Stumpwork Autumn Workshop

Annette Bolton says, “Stumpwork, or raised embroidery, is a lovely subject for this time of year.” Inspiration could be taken from the beautiful grounds of Ammerdown or from a variety of wild flower books - or you could create your own designs. We will cover all aspects of autumn (Blackberries, Acorns, Thistles, Berries), and you will also have a chance to work a Stumpwork Butterfly if you would like to. A variety of raised embroidery techniques will be explored. Please note that this course is suitable for those with some experience.
