Back in the eighties, a friend of Ammerdown left the Ammerdown Centre a generous legacy with the specific purpose of helping people of lesser means to benefit from the Ammerdown experience. The money was invested into an endowment fund that generates income every year. It is this income that enables Ammerdown to offer a number of bursaries every year.
Funding permitting, the Ammerdown Centre can provide bursaries of up to a third of the full fee of residential courses for people on benefits or low income. Please note that evidence of status will be required on application, and that all applications will be treated in the strictest confidence. Please contact the Ammerdown Centre for more information.
