Terrorist attck in Paris

The Sisters of Our Lady of Sion wish to express our horror at the terrorist attack on the offices of the Parisian magazine Charlie Hebdo and the subsequent attack on the Hyper Cacher supermarket in Paris.  We join with those of all faiths who have offered deepest sympathy to the families and friends of those murdered.  We hold especially in prayer and stand in solidarity with the members of the Jewish and Muslim communities worldwide who feel threatened either by further attacks or reprisals.  We remember, too, the victims of terrorism everywhere and in these difficult times continue to work for peace and justice.
