UNANIMA International book launch event

On 20 February, UNANIMA International will hold an online and in-person event to launch the third volume in their series on homelessness: Hidden Faces of Homelessness: Global Insights and Pathways Forward.

The launch event will be an opportunity to share and uplift the insights and recommendations outlined in the publication, which sets out to reflect the current state of homelessness at global level, especially as experienced by women and girls, children, and other marginalised groups.

The speakers are representatives of the UN and other non-profit organisations in different parts of the world:

Panel 1 – Homelessness on the Global Agenda

  • H.E. Ambassador Fergal Mythen, Permanent Representative of Ireland to the UN
  • Ombretta Tempra, Head of Land, Housing, and Shelter Section, UN-HABITAT
  • Latonya Ludford, Canada Project Manager, The Shift

Panel 2 – Global Insights
