A place where faiths meet

For over a century and a half, the sisters of Our Lady of Sion in London have made it their priority to promote friendship between faiths, teach about the Jewish roots of Christianity, and overcome all forms of prejudice.

Today, the SCDE is a place where people of different faiths can come together to learn and exchange knowledge and experience in an environment of mutual openness.

The SCDE runs seasonal programmes on interfaith topics. Distinguished speakers from Christian, Jewish, Muslim and other faith backgrounds lead sessions on religious texts from an interfaith perspective, and back up their findings and interpretations with wide research and in-depth analyses.
