We envision that the international teams of the Congregation will become a vital working aspect of any new restructuring. They will help to facilitate a greater international participation on specific issues. They will be given authority for the functions in which they have been named, linked always with one or two members of general leadership team. They will advise and make recommendations to the General Leadership Team.
