We are now trying to collect data on the actual situation of the Congregation at work for vocations. We are contacting each province to have this information. Moreover, all we have entered a process of knowledge of the Congress on Vocations, we are reflecting the "New Vocations for a New Europe" One of the best known at this time in the world and available in several languages!

Our agenda includes topics such as:

- Lighting Biblical and Theological Vocation, Vocation by Samuel
- The role of the team, vision, mission and priorities
- Analysis of the diagnosis on the situation in Zion Vocation
- Structures for Vocation in Zion
- Vocation Culture, Youth Cultures and Vocations
- Plan for the entire Congregation organic
- Good Practice for the Pastoral Vocation.
