Some remarks must be made in the beginning:
1- SIDIC is not a profit-making publication. :To cover the necessary expenses we must set a subscription rate of 2$ (U.S.) for four4ssues. This first issue is sent gratis. A subscription card is added and we kindly request you to fill it out and return it to

Since only two more issues will appear in 1967, the price will be 1$ (U.S.) We will inform you in what way payment should be made.

2) The bulletin will be published in two languages: English and French. In the future other translations will be added if there is a demand for them.

3) The first issue of the SIDIC bulletin deals with the reactions to the Declaration of Vatican Council II, which have been found in explicit statements, articles, books, meetings and other events.

4) We would be grateful for any suggestions, reactions and letters from readers, but in dealing with these we reserve the right to respond in the way we judge best.
